Founded in 2005 by Yolanda Wijaya, our firm has grown from a small practice specializing in corporate law to one of Indonesia's most respected full-service law firms with over 50 legal professionals.

Our History

2005

Yolanda Wijaya establishes the firm as a solo practice focusing on corporate and commercial law in Jakarta.

2008

The firm expands to include three partners and opens its first international client division, handling cross-border transactions.

2012

Opening of our Surabaya office to better serve clients in Eastern Indonesia. The firm now employs 15 attorneys.

2015

Recognized as "Indonesia's Most Innovative Law Firm" by Asia Legal Awards for our client service initiatives.

2018

Launch of our Bali office and expansion of our international practice with multilingual attorneys.
